1. Statement Review Services

Bridgepoint Payments offers confidential statement review to analyze payment processing fees and recommend cost-saving options. These reviews are informational and do not constitute financial or legal advice.

2. No Guarantee of Savings or Approval

Bridgepoint Payments does not guarantee:

• Approval for payment processing services
• Specific cost savings or fee reductions
• Specific terms from any payment processor
• Integration with existing systems or providers

3. Third-Party Processor Terms

Bridgepoint Payments is an independent merchant services broker. When we refer merchants to processors (CardConnect, Luqra, or others), that processor's terms and fee schedules apply. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before signing any agreement.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure you have authority to submit merchant statements
• Redact sensitive information before submitting (bank account numbers, tax IDs, card numbers, SSNs)
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Limitation of Liability

Bridgepoint Payments provides services "as-is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for inaccuracies in fee analysis, loss of revenue from recommendations, failure of processors to approve applications, or any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Service Area

Bridgepoint Payments serves businesses in Austin, Texas, and supports merchants in other U.S. markets where available through payment processing partners.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
